We moved into our new home and spent a week unpacking. We put all of our boxes and trash out for Friday morning collection, as we heard the truck usually arrive close to 8am. By 8:30am it started raining and didn't quit until after the truck actually showed up on Saturday afternoon. That's when we learned that only the can would be collected, and we were left with a giant pile of wet cardboard and paper. Luckily we called Junk Removal JAX, and Jared came within hours to take care of it. ~ A C
I needed an awkward and heavy bed base removed from my garage, I noted your company on my Facebook page and sent message, was answered promptly and all my questions Re this removal were addressed. I was given a time and date ( which was the next am ) yeah!!and told I would receive a text when on the way, (I did) and on time . Jared was polite, kind and very patient and very professional. Even remained calm dealing with this old lady trying to help and this awkward piece of furniture he had to move . Thank you for this and taking it all the way to truck from my garage. Huge relief it’s gone. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help . I will definitely recommend to anyone I know and use again as needed. Great company and customer service.
