I needed an awkward and heavy bed base removed from my garage, I noted your company on my Facebook page and sent message, was answered promptly and all my questions Re this removal were addressed. I was given a time and date ( which was the next am ) yeah!!and told I would receive a text when on the way, (I did) and on time . Jared was polite, kind and very patient and very professional. Even remained calm dealing with this old lady trying to help and this awkward piece of furniture he had to move . Thank you for this and taking it all the way to truck from my garage. Huge relief it’s gone. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help . I will definitely recommend to anyone I know and use again as needed. Great company and customer service. We moved into our new home and spent a week unpacking. We put all of our boxes and trash out for Friday morning collection, as we heard the truck usually arrive close to 8am. By 8:30am it started raining and didn't quit until after the truck actually showed up on Saturday afternoon. That's when we learned that only the can would be collected, and we were left with a giant pile of wet cardboard and paper. Highly recommend! This could not have been an easier process. Friendly, communicative, professional, careful, and quick. I needed a new mattress taken upstairs and old mattress taken away. Called and got a very reasonable quote and scheduled for the next afternoon. Text 30 minutes before arrival. Easy link to pay via text as they were loading up. They were here 20 minutes! The other two were in a similar range. They came w/ in the timeframe they said they would be at my home and texted me updates re: their arrival time. I was visiting my in-laws and called for help in removing a defunct treadmill, and Junk Removal JAX was able to come the same day and pick up the treadmill. They constantly kept in communication with me and took pictures to ensure me that the treadmill had been picked up. I couldn't meet them and trusted them fully. This is the 3rd time I have used this company and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Did an amazing job fitting everything in 1 full load. Anyone else would have turned the job into 2 loads.
